What is Triple ISO Certification?
Triple Certification is a unified approach to business management systems that combines
ISO 9001 (Quality Management),
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
Rays’ role was to work closely with Rohan from Quality Management Services to implement change management and embed these changes into a “Business as Usual” process across the business units to gain triple certification.
This certification is still current across all plants today.
Stage 1: Investigation of Business Practices and Information Gathering.
Stage 2: Gap analysis between stage 1 findings and the standard, and address gaps.
Stage 3: Documentation of policies, procedures and instructions.
Stage 4: Review of documentation from Stage 3 with responsible personnel.
Stage 5: Implementation assistance and system set up.
Stage 6: Internal Audit, corrective actions, management reviews etc.
Stage 7: Preparation for, and participation in, certification audit.
